At the first training with teachers we discussed such issues as “Teacher of the 21st century”, “Teacher's philosophy” and opportunities to enhance the teacher's potential of their work with the students. It was interesting for teachers to discuss new methods of work in the classroom, strategies to conduct lessons on the base of the critical thinking and participate in the discussions and presentations themselves about different pedagogical topics. We considered the way of assessment and evaluation at the lessons with better understanding about the diagnostic, formative, and summative assessment. Another interesting topic was about using of new technology in the classroom with videos, mobile phones, computers, etc. All the teachers were interested in discussing these issues and actively shared their teaching experience and plans for their near future according to the program.
